​Braiding Servicing Policy

 

Thank you for choosing our braiding services! To ensure a smooth and professional experience, we’ve outlined the following policies. Please review carefully before booking to ensure clarity and understanding.

Booking and Payments

 

Deposits:

  1. A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment.

  2. Deposits must be paid via PayPal and will be applied toward your total balance.

 

Balance Payments:

  1. Remaining balances are due before services are rendered after discussing and confirming the style, pricing, and any additional charges.

  2. Balances can be paid via cash or Zelle only. No exceptions.

 

“Pretty Pinching” Discounted Rates:

  1. Services under the “Pretty Pinching” category must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  2. These services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be altered.

Provided Hair

  1. Braiding Hair: For your convenience, I provide 1B braiding hair for all services. If you require a different color or type of hair, you must bring it to your appointment, and it must be of high quality (e.g., pre-stretched).

  2. Failure to bring the appropriate hair or notify me in advance of your preference may result in rescheduling, additional fees, or adjustments to the style.

Limited Spaces and Availability

  1. Appointment spaces are very limited and fill up quickly. Please book well in advance to secure your desired time.

  2. Rescheduling may be difficult due to high demand, and while we will do our best to accommodate, flexibility is not guaranteed.

 

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Rescheduling:

  1. Appointments can be rescheduled once and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of the original booking.

  2. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment date.

 

Cancellations:

  1. Deposits for canceled appointments are non-refundable.

  2. Failure to reschedule within the required time frame will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

No-Shows:

  1. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Future bookings will require prepayment in full.

Same-Day Appointments

  1. Same-day appointments are not guaranteed and must be discussed and approved prior to booking. Please contact the stylist directly to confirm availability.

Important Guidelines

  1. Do Not Book on the Day of an Important Event: Schedule your appointment at least 1-2 days prior to any important occasion to allow time for adjustments or unforeseen delays.

  2. Grace Period: A 30-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this period may result in rescheduling or cancellation, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

  3. Wait Periods: In rare cases, unexpected delays may occur. However, wait times will not exceed 3-4 hours. Please plan accordingly to allow flexibility in your schedule.

  4. No Extra Guests: To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, extra guests are not permitted unless previously agreed upon.

Additional Notes

  1. Communication is Key: Please communicate any questions, concerns, or special requests before your appointment. Clear communication ensures the best service possible.

 

Hair Preparation:

  1. Arrive with clean, detangled, and blow-dried hair unless otherwise instructed.

  2. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

  3. Style Agreement: The style, price, and any additional services must be finalized prior to the appointment to ensure transparency.
