    Knotless box braids are light weight, three stranded braids that begin with the natural hair as extensions are added throughout the braid.
  • HOW DO I PREPARE MY HAIR FOR BRAIDING?
    Make sure your hair is clean, dry, and free of all products. Products are added during service. You are welcome to provide specific products upon request.
  • HOW LONG DOES KNOTLESS BRAIDS LAST?
    Knotless box braids can last 6 to 8 weeks with proper routine maintenance and care.
  • ARE SHAMPOOS INCLUDED?
    Shampoo services are provided on the service menu.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BRAID?
    The time needed varies depending on the complexity of the style, the skill of the braider, and the length and thickness of the hair. Simple styles may take a few hours, while intricate designs can take several hours.
  • WHAT IS THE MAINTENANCE OF THE BRAID STYLE?
    Keep your scalp and braids clean by washing them regularly. (YES! Braids can and should be shampooed. We recommend moisturizing the hair and scalp to prevent dryness. Protect your hair at night by wearing a satin or silk scarf or using a satin pillowcase.
  • CAN I BOOK FOR BRAIDING SERVICES IF MY HAIR IS CHEMICALLY TREATED OR RELAXED?
    Yes, you can, but be cautious. Braiding can stress chemically treated hair, so it's important to ensure your hair is in good condition before braiding. Booking a consultation is highly recommended before braiding services.
  • HOW LONG CAN I KEEP BRAIDS IN MY HAIR?
    The duration varies based on the style and individual hair growth. Generally, braids can be kept in for 4-6 weeks, but it's important to monitor your hair for signs of damage or tension.
  • WHAT ARE STITCH BRAIDS?
    Stitch braids, also known as feed-in braids, are a technique where synthetic or natural hair is gradually added to the braid as it progresses, creating a seamless and natural look.
  • WILL YOU PROVIDE TRACKING DETAILS ON MY ORDER?
    Tracking information will be provided once your order and payment is processed. Please allow 1-3 calendar days for each initial stage. Tracking information will be shared via email.
  • DO YOU HONOR REFUNDS/EXCHANGES?
    We will not honor refunds on services nor refunds or exchanges on product.
